Level 85 Character Boost only available on WoW® Classic progression realms (currently Mists of Pandaria™ Classic). Boost is only usable on the WoW® game account for which it was purchased or redeemed as a gift.
Level 85 Character Boost (Progression) may be used on currently available races and classes, including Pandaren race and Monk class characters.

There comes a time in every hero’s quest when they need a helping hand to get them over the hump and right back into the action. Now you can instantly boost your character to level 85, so they’re ready to join the fight in Mists of Pandaria Classic, and prepared for upcoming adventures in the lush wilds of Pandaria!
The boosted character also receives level 85 appropriate gear, weapon skill, mount, the Expert Riding skill, and gold.
To boost a character to level 85, start by purchasing the Level 85 Character Boost from Battle.net or from the in-game shop. Then, return to the character select screen and click on the Character Boost token.
Follow the on-screen prompts to boost your character and select custom options (such as talent specializations).
Take your new-found powers out for a spin and discover what you’ve been missing. Your new level 85 character will come ready for battle outfitted in level-85 appropriate gear, weapon skill, mount, Expert Riding Skill, and more. Boosted characters are unable to enter dungeons and raids from previous expansions for 24 hours.
